1. The item did appear to have a bit of damage in the back, but it does not affect function or appearance. It was packaged pretty well, but still arrived damaged.2. Mostly assembled, just need to install the legs. It's around 55 lbs.3. They know it's dangerous to children and does not pass the tip test, and tells you in the sticker that you need to use the enclosed anti-tip device. There is no enclosed anti-tip device. I have my own, so I can fix it myself, but furniture manufacturers really, really need to step up on this issue. Children have died. And yet, they continue to shirk responsibility by not enclosing what is needed to make their products safe. It's unacceptable. You don't get to just slap a "permanent warning label" (that is literally peeling off) warning of this hazard, tell people to use the enclosed tools to fix it, and not enclose those tools.
