Pros:- Fits the same as my other XL helmet.- Very sharp looking, better in person than the photos.- Shipping said Feb. 11-12 but received it Feb. 7th.- Very impressed with the amount of snowmobiling benefits this helmet has to offer. (Heated visor, all the cables to hook it up, mouth barriers, neck barriers, several intake vents that can close to keep the heat in, etc)Neutral:- Came with a yellow sun shade built in. Would have preferred black, but it’s fine. I can swap a black one in down the road. I know some people like yellow so I wouldn’t say it’s necessarily a good or bad thing.Cons:- This helmet is promoted as a dual sport helmet, so it can be used for snowmobiling or out in the mud on some ATVs or UTVs. There’s tons of benefits about it for snowmobiling, but the benefits of it for summer use appear to be that you can take off the winter things. There’s not really something specifically made for summer on it. For example, the intake vents can be opened. That seems like that’s more of a perk to close them for winter though. The neck barrier and mouth barrier. That’s an awesome perk for the winter, what’s summers perk? Just take it out… :/ or a last example would be the heat shield. Super cool it keeps cold air hour, fog off, and keeps your face warm, what’s the summer part of it that’s cool? You can remove it. The cool stuff is definitely the winter part of it, the summer part of it all I can see is it just looks real dang cool being its benefit.No idea what that person left a poor review on this. I’m very happy with the purchase and would recommend it even to strictly summer only riders. It’s probably the coolest helmet I’ve seen. I really like it shows “Polaris” on the “jawline” of the helmet also to match the machine.
