i practice reiki, and have an injured back, so i was looking for the very lightest portable table i could find that didn't feel flimsy or wonky in use. this one delivers splendidly, assuming that it holds up well over time. it is very simple to open/set up and to close/store. the face cradle included, while not as solid or plush as more costly ones, works just fine, and the arm sling is really quite useful at times. once we figured out how the leg height adjustments actually work, changing the leg height was simple and quick. (the instruction on the website is NOT for this model, but the company responded promptly to my query for instructions.) the table feels solid despite its lighter weight, and the padding is pretty cushy yet supportive, with a pleasantly non-sticky/slick surface that is still easy to clean. i even think it's pretty attractive, design-wise, although it has the aluminium legs and frame, rather than the nice wooden ones of other models; the trade-off in weight (and expense) was worth it for me in any case. it's only downside is the narrowness of the table surface, hence the 4/5 stars there, but it is on par with most portable tables, so i cannot fault it much for that.sleek, simple, solid, affordable, and functional, whilst being light in weight---just what i needed in a portable table.
