Description

Plasma Cut - Green Coolant - Table and CNC Cutting Coolant Plasma Cut is a specially designed table and CNC green cutting coolant. We use our own formula daily for large-scale industrial use. It is a concentrated, water soluble, mostly foam resistant, non-flammable, and rust-preventative coolant. Rust prevention on tools, parts, and materials. Works with ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Mix Ratio is minimum 8-10%. We recommended 1 part coolant to 8 - 10 parts water. Add water first before adding PlasmaCut. The product only works correctly if the mix ratio is accurate. To check the mix ratio, use a refractometer for a reading of 1.3 to 2.6. This needs to be checked often, since the water:coolant ratio changes over time with machine usage. Plasma Cut, Winona Van Norman 1 Gallon 5 Gallons 1 quart (sample size) How much PlasmaCut do you need? Add water first, then PlasmaCut. Sample Ratios 1. Table size 10 x 5 x 1.5 = 75 cubic feet 20:1 ratio, 75 x 0.375 = 28.125. Use 28 gallons of PlasmaCut 2. Table size 4 x 4 x 1.5 = 24 cubic feet 20:1 ratio, 24 x 0.375 = 9. Use 9 gallons of PlasmaCut 3. Table size 13 x 6.5 x 1.5 = 126.75 cubic feet 20:1 ratio, 126 x 0.375 = 47.25. Use 47 gallons of PlasmaCut Measuring for your machine PlasmaCut coolant is designed for 20:1 mixing ratio. 1. Determine cubic feet of your table. Table length x width x height = cubic feet. L x W x H = X 2. Multiply cubic feet (X) by desired ratio (20:1 = 0.375) to determine how many gallons of PlasmaCut you need. Winona Van Norman, a family-owned business We are a family-owned business in the Midwest with generations of knowledge and experience in the engine rebuilding industry. We have plasma table projects around the world and are proud to share our premium plasma table coolants at affordable prices. We stand by our product. Your satisfacion is our priority. Made proudly in the U.S.A. Troubleshooting Table pH must be between 9 - 10 for best results. If your table's pH is below 9, add concentrated PlasmaCut until a level of 9 - 10 is reached. Add water first, then concentrated liquid. Check the pH of your table often. Foam? If you experience foaming, use your refractometer to ensure that proportion is correct. Refractometer should read approximately 1.3 - 2.6% when concentrated liquid is mixed into water.Check pressure of pump. 500 psi+ can create foam.Foaming can occur when water is too soft.Utilize anti-foaming agents. Rust? If rust is present, the pH is out of balance. Check with your machine's procedure for correcting pH. Table pH must be between 9 - 10 for best results. If your table's pH is below 9, add concentrated PlasmaCut until a level of 9 - 10 is reached. Note, Plasmacut binds to metals to prevent rusting, so it leaves the table at a different rate than water. Be sure to check pH often.

i like that i could buy just the quart instead of 5 gallons and have it take up space for my cnc plasma table
