This is an original GM part for 2014 Silverado 1500 4x4. Somewhere along the way, a person replaced the passenger side lower control arm with the wrong one. The ball joint shank was too small for the original steering knuckle. They tightened it up as much as they could but all it did was rattle around in the steering knuckle and since it is aluminum, you can imagine what happened. So, we had to buy a new steering knuckle and a new correct control arm. This was the correct part and it fit perfectly.
